GEKVISION is een eenmanszaak zonder personeel. Er is geen functionaris voor gegevensbescherming aangesteld; dat is voor een onderneming van deze omvang en aard niet verplicht. Vragen over privacy komen rechtstreeks bij Dawid terecht.
Van klanten en opdrachtgevers: naam, bedrijfsnaam, adres, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer, KvK- en btw-nummer, gegevens over de opdracht, factuur- en betaalgegevens, correspondentie.
Van geportretteerden en modellen: naam, geboortedatum, adres, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer, de ondertekende toestemmingsverklaring, en het beeldmateriaal zelf.
Bij artistieke opnamen (18+) aanvullend: de vastlegging van de leeftijdscontrole — soort identiteitsbewijs, geboortedatum, de laatste vier tekens van het documentnummer, datum en tijd van controle. Wij maken geen kopie, scan of foto van een identiteitsbewijs en bewaren het BSN niet.
Van bezoekers van de website: technische gegevens zoals IP-adres en browsertype, voor zover de hosting die vastlegt, en de gegevens die je zelf in het contactformulier invult.
Beeldmateriaal. Foto's en video-opnamen waarop personen herkenbaar in beeld zijn, zijn persoonsgegevens. Dat geldt ook voor luchtopnamen waarop mensen herkenbaar zijn.

Wij versturen geen ongevraagde commerciële e-mail en verkopen jouw gegevens niet aan derden.
- Zonder ondertekende toestemming publiceren wij geen herkenbare portretten. Niet op de website, niet op sociale media, niet in drukwerk.
- Bij opnamen in opdracht van de geportretteerde zelf geldt bovendien de wettelijke regel dat publicatie door ons alleen mag met diens toestemming (artikel 20 Auteurswet).
- Bij een reportage of evenement informeert de opdrachtgever de aanwezigen vooraf dat er wordt gefotografeerd of gefilmd, en waarvoor de beelden worden gebruikt.
- Sta je toevallig op de achtergrond van een opname en wil je dat niet? Eén mail is genoeg — wij halen het beeld weg of maken je onherkenbaar. Er hoeft geen reden bij.
- Toestemming intrekken kan altijd. Wij verwijderen het beeld dan binnen 14 dagen uit onze eigen kanalen, en bij artistieke opnamen binnen 7 dagen. Wat al gedrukt of door anderen overgenomen is, kunnen wij niet terughalen; dat is de eerlijke grens van wat wij kunnen beloven.
Bij luchtopnamen komen soms mensen, voertuigen, tuinen of woningen van anderen in beeld. Wij gaan daar zo mee om:
- wij vliegen alleen waar dat volgens de regels mag, en niet boven mensenmenigten;
- wij richten de camera niet op woningen, tuinen of privéterrein van derden;
- beelden waarop derden herkenbaar zijn, publiceren wij niet, tenzij zij onherkenbaar zijn gemaakt of toestemming hebben gegeven;
- kom je herkenbaar in beeld en wil je dat niet? Mail ons — wij verwijderen of blurren het.
Wij schakelen dienstverleners in die namens ons gegevens verwerken. Met hen zijn of worden verwerkersovereenkomsten gesloten. Verwerking vindt plaats binnen de EER, dan wel op basis van de standaardcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie.

Daarnaast verstrekken wij gegevens aan de Belastingdienst en, indien wettelijk vereist, aan bevoegde autoriteiten.
Sociale media. Publiceren wij beeld op een sociaal platform, dan gelden daarnaast de voorwaarden en het privacybeleid van dat platform. Op wat daar met beeld gebeurt hebben wij maar beperkt invloed — daarom vragen wij toestemming per medium.

Vraag je om verwijdering, dan verwijderen wij wat wij mogen verwijderen. Wat onder de fiscale bewaarplicht valt, kunnen wij niet eerder wissen — dat zeggen wij er dan bij.
- versleutelde verbindingen voor website en bestandslevering;
- beeldarchief op versleutelde opslag, met toegang uitsluitend voor Dawid;
- artistieke opnamen (18+) worden apart en versleuteld bewaard, nooit in een gedeelde galerij of achter een publieke link;
- back-ups op ten minste twee locaties;
- geen kopieën van identiteitsbewijzen in enig systeem;
- geheugenkaarten worden pas gewist nadat het materiaal veilig is weggeschreven.
Je hebt het recht op inzage, rectificatie, verwijdering, beperking van de verwerking, bezwaar en gegevensoverdraagbaarheid, en het recht een gegeven toestemming in te trekken.
Stuur een bericht aan info@gekvision.com. Wij reageren binnen vier weken. Om te voorkomen dat wij gegevens aan de verkeerde persoon verstrekken, kunnen wij je vragen je identiteit aannemelijk te maken — dat doen wij op de minst ingrijpende manier, en niet door een kopie van je identiteitsbewijs te vragen.
Aan een verzoek zijn geen kosten verbonden.
Gaat er iets mis met persoonsgegevens, dan beoordelen wij dat direct, melden wij het waar nodig binnen 72 uur bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, en informeren wij de betrokkenen als het lek waarschijnlijk een hoog risico voor hen meebrengt. Bij een lek dat artistieke opnamen betreft, informeren wij de betrokkene altijd rechtstreeks en onverwijld, ook als melding niet verplicht is.
De website van GEKVISION gebruikt [uitsluitend functionele voorzieningen, zoals het onthouden van de taalkeuze] en geen tracking- of advertentiecookies. Worden er later wel analytische of marketingcookies gebruikt, dan vragen wij daarvoor vooraf toestemming en werkt weigeren net zo eenvoudig als accepteren.
Ben je het niet eens met hoe wij met jouw gegevens omgaan, laat het ons eerst weten — meestal is het zo opgelost. Kom je er met ons niet uit, dan kun je een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Wij kunnen deze verklaring aanpassen. De actuele versie staat altijd op gekvision.com, met versienummer en datum. Bij ingrijpende wijzigingen informeren wij bestaande klanten per e-mail.

GEKVISION is a sole proprietorship with no staff. No data protection officer has been appointed; that is not required for a business of this size and nature. Privacy questions reach Dawid directly.
From clients: name, company name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, Chamber of Commerce and VAT numbers, details of the assignment, invoicing and payment data, correspondence.
From portrayed people and models: name, date of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone number, the signed consent form, and the image material itself.
For artistic work (18+), additionally: the record of the age check — type of identity document, date of birth, the last four characters of the document number, date and time of the check. We make no copy, scan or photograph of an identity document and do not retain the Dutch citizen service number (BSN).
From website visitors: technical data such as IP address and browser type, insofar as the hosting records it, and whatever you enter yourself in the contact form.
Image material. Photographs and video recordings in which people appear recognisably are personal data. This also applies to aerial footage in which people are recognisable.

We send no unsolicited commercial e-mail and do not sell your data to third parties.
- Without signed consent we publish no recognisable portraits. Not on the website, not on social media, not in print.
- For images commissioned by the portrayed person themselves, the statutory rule additionally applies that we may only publish with that person's consent (article 20 of the Dutch Copyright Act).
- For a reportage or event, the client informs those present in advance that photographs or film are being made, and what the images will be used for.
- Did you happen to end up in the background of a shot and would rather not be there? One e-mail is enough — we remove the image or make you unrecognisable. No reason required.
- Consent can always be withdrawn. We then remove the image from our own channels within 14 days, and within 7 days for artistic work. What has already been printed or reposted by others we cannot recall; that is the honest limit of what we can promise.
Aerial work sometimes captures other people, vehicles, gardens or homes. This is how we handle it:
- we fly only where the rules allow, and never over crowds;
- we do not point the camera at other people's homes, gardens or private land;
- we do not publish images in which third parties are recognisable, unless they have been made unrecognisable or have given consent;
- if you appear recognisably and would rather not — e-mail us and we will remove or blur it.
We engage service providers that process data on our behalf. Processing agreements are or will be concluded with them. Processing takes place within the EEA, or on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We also provide data to the Dutch tax authority and, where legally required, to competent authorities.
Social media. If we publish an image on a social platform, that platform's own terms and privacy policy apply in addition. We have only limited influence over what happens to images there — which is why we ask for consent per medium.

If you ask for deletion, we delete what we are allowed to delete. What falls under the tax retention duty we cannot erase earlier — and we will say so.
- encrypted connections for the website and file delivery;
- the image archive on encrypted storage, accessible to Dawid only;
- artistic work (18+) is stored separately and encrypted, never in a shared gallery or behind a public link;
- backups in at least two locations;
- no copies of identity documents in any system;
- memory cards are only wiped once the material has been safely transferred.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent you have given.
Send a message to info@gekvision.com. We reply within four weeks. To avoid disclosing data to the wrong person, we may ask you to make your identity plausible — we do this in the least intrusive way, and never by asking for a copy of your identity document.
There is no charge for making a request.
If something goes wrong with personal data, we assess it immediately, report it where necessary within 72 hours to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, and inform the people concerned if the breach is likely to entail a high risk for them. For a breach involving artistic images, we always inform the person directly and without delay, even where reporting is not mandatory.
The GEKVISION website uses functional facilities only, such as remembering the language choice and no tracking or advertising cookies. If analytical or marketing cookies are used later, we will ask consent in advance and refusing will be just as easy as accepting.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, tell us first — that usually settles it. If we cannot resolve it together, you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
We may amend this statement. The current version is always on gekvision.com, with a version number and date. We inform existing clients by e-mail of significant changes.

Materiał zdjęciowy. Zdjęcia i nagrania wideo, na których osoby są rozpoznawalne, stanowią dane osobowe. Dotyczy to również ujęć lotniczych, na których osoby są rozpoznawalne.

Nie wysyłamy niezamówionych wiadomości handlowych i nie sprzedajemy Twoich danych osobom trzecim.
- Bez podpisanej zgody nie publikujemy rozpoznawalnych portretów. Ani na stronie, ani w mediach społecznościowych, ani w drukach.
- Przy zdjęciach wykonanych na zlecenie samego portretowanego obowiązuje dodatkowo zasada ustawowa, że publikacja z naszej strony wymaga jego zgody (art. 20 Auteurswet).
- Przy reportażu lub wydarzeniu to zleceniodawca informuje obecnych z wyprzedzeniem, że są robione zdjęcia lub nagranie i do czego materiał zostanie wykorzystany.
- Trafiłeś przypadkiem w tło kadru i nie chcesz tam być? Wystarczy jeden mail — usuwamy zdjęcie albo czynimy Cię nierozpoznawalnym. Bez podawania powodu.
- Zgodę zawsze można cofnąć. Usuwamy wtedy zdjęcie z własnych kanałów w ciągu 14 dni, a przy sesjach artystycznych w ciągu 7 dni. Tego, co już wydrukowane albo przejęte przez innych, nie ściągniemy — to uczciwa granica tego, co możemy obiecać.
Przy ujęciach lotniczych w kadrze bywają obce osoby, pojazdy, ogrody albo domy. Postępujemy tak:
- latamy tylko tam, gdzie pozwalają przepisy, i nigdy nad tłumem;
- nie kierujemy kamery na cudze domy, ogrody ani tereny prywatne;
- nie publikujemy ujęć, na których osoby trzecie są rozpoznawalne, chyba że zostały uczynione nierozpoznawalnymi albo wyraziły zgodę;
- jesteś rozpoznawalny w kadrze i nie chcesz tego? Napisz — usuniemy albo rozmyjemy.
Korzystamy z dostawców, którzy przetwarzają dane w naszym imieniu. Zawarto z nimi albo zostaną zawarte umowy powierzenia. Przetwarzanie odbywa się w EOG albo na podstawie standardowych klauzul umownych Komisji Europejskiej.

Masz prawo do dostępu, sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, sprzeciwu i przenoszenia danych oraz prawo do cofnięcia udzielonej zgody.
Napisz na info@gekvision.com. Odpowiadamy w ciągu czterech tygodni. Aby nie przekazać danych niewłaściwej osobie, możemy poprosić o uprawdopodobnienie tożsamości — robimy to w sposób najmniej uciążliwy i nigdy przez żądanie kopii dokumentu tożsamości.
Złożenie wniosku jest bezpłatne.
Jeżeli z danymi osobowymi coś pójdzie nie tak, oceniamy to natychmiast, w razie potrzeby zgłaszamy w ciągu 72 godzin do holenderskiego organu ochrony danych i informujemy osoby, których dane dotyczą, jeżeli naruszenie może powodować dla nich wysokie ryzyko. Przy naruszeniu dotyczącym sesji artystycznych informujemy osobę zawsze, bezpośrednio i niezwłocznie, nawet gdy zgłoszenie nie jest obowiązkowe.
Strona GEKVISION wykorzystuje [wyłącznie rozwiązania funkcjonalne, takie jak zapamiętanie wyboru języka] i żadnych cookies śledzących ani reklamowych. Jeżeli w przyszłości pojawią się cookies analityczne lub marketingowe, poprosimy o zgodę z wyprzedzeniem, a odmowa będzie równie łatwa jak akceptacja.
